A life grounded in service.
Sally-Ann Palcovich has spent more than twenty-five years listening, leading and working alongside people throughout the Klamath Basin.
Klamath County has been home since 1999.
Sally-Ann moved to Klamath Falls to become Executive Director of the Merle West Medical Center Foundation, now the Sky Lakes Medical Center Foundation.
During her career, she led fundraising and community partnerships while also serving as a hospital chaplain and member of the Ethics Committee. Her work called for responsible financial stewardship, strategic planning, careful administration and the ability to bring people together around a shared goal.
Showing up for the community.
From her first month in Klamath County, Sally-Ann wanted to become part of the community. That commitment led to years of service with the Assistance League of Klamath Basin, including leadership roles locally and service on the National Assistance League Board of Directors.
She has also served with Soroptimist International of Klamath Falls, chaired Circle of Hearts, participated in PEO Chapter CF and the Snowflake Festival, and joined many other nonprofit boards and committees. In 2023, United Way honored her as its senior-division Volunteer of the Year.
A personal connection to Klamath life.
Sally-Ann is active with Linkville Playhouse as an actor, director, stage manager and playwright. Away from meetings and community projects, she enjoys reading, writing, walking her dog T-Rex and taking him to agility training.
Those relationships—and the lessons learned from neighbors across the county—are at the center of why she is running for County Clerk.
